Return Policy
At Hannah & William Victoria, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions
- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been delivered.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process
- Submit your return request by contacting us at info@hannahwilliamvictoria.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
