Return Policy

At Hannah & William Victoria, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below.


Return Conditions

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been delivered.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by contacting us at info@hannahwilliamvictoria.com     within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information (track & trace).

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
